One of Britain’s Top Employers 2012

Saffery Champness has been certified as one of Britain’s Top Employers for 2012. Based on independent research conducted by the CRF Institute, Saffery Champness offers its employees exceptional working conditions.

This is the sixth time that Saffery Champness has been certified as one of Britain’s Top Employers.

The CRF Institute is a specialist in the field of international research into HR management and working conditions. It has just completed this year’s research into the HR practices and employee offerings of a large number of employers in the UK. Just 67 made it onto the Top Employers list.

The organisations examined were assessed based on the following criteria: primary and secondary benefits and working conditions, training and development, career development, and company culture. Only those organisations that met the stringent research criteria received the Top Employers certification. Saffery Champness scored highest in the area of primary benefits.
