Our AIM clients operate across a range of market sectors, including utilities, agriculture, investments and property. We are experienced in handling high value transactions for such clients and have helped bring others to market through the provision of transaction support and other tax and structural advice. Regulated deal advice is provided by Saffery Champness Corporate Finance Ltd which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

Corporate Finance

Through Saffery Champness Corporate Finance, we also provide a range of corporate finance services to companies quoted on AIM and other stock-markets, assisting them with a wider range of transactions. We are often involved in the following capacities:
