Paul succeeds Gordon Matthew who will remain in the full-time senior role of Executive Chairman. In his new role, Gordon will continue to focus on his existing clients as well as identifying new business opportunities for the continued growth of the firm.

Paul Tucknott has been responsible for managing a team involved in a wide range of offshore structures for a portfolio of high-net worth clients and specialises in the establishment, administration and operation of offshore structures on behalf of clients.

Paul is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountant and has also been responsible for managing the accounting team in Geneva and carries out specific accounting projects for individuals, companies and trusts.

Gordon Matthew commented: “Paul has been a committed and dedicated employee in the Geneva office since the beginning and I am confident that he will make an excellent managing director.

“It’s a pleasure to hand over the day-to-day running of the business to Paul as I know that he has the skills and experience needed to continue the firm’s success in the future.”

Paul Tucknott said: “I am very much looking forward to working with my fellow directors to support the firm’s growth and management and further build on the solid foundations established under Gordon’s leadership.”
