Our financial benchmarking survey of recruiters showed 86% of respondents were confident of achieving their business objectives over the coming year. Respondents also reported growth in both temporary and permanent placements.

We have produced a useful summary of the Adecco case in relation to non-employed temps. We understand that Adecco has lodged its appeal against the judgment and it is likely the matter will not be settled before 2017.
