Associate Director, Guernsey

Profile

Ethos

I am highly driven and pride myself on exceeding expectations. I am a natural problem solver and enjoy finding innovate solutions when faced with challenges.

With 15 years’ experience, including time at a “big four” firm, I have collated a wealth of broad-spectrum knowledge across accounting and audit. With an aptitude for critical thinking and striving for perfection, these roles played to my strengths. Professionally ambitious, I was seeking opportunities where my skillset could add value and found that my work ethic and values were aligned with those of Saffery Trust.

While confident and competent working under my own steam, I also believe that the value of effective teamwork cannot be underestimated. As a senior manager, I encourage an open and honest dynamic, where successes are celebrated and challenges overcome as a team, while identifying the strengths and ambitions of each individual.
