Incorporated and protected cell companies
We are able to provide the administration for Incorporated and Protected Cell Companies (ICC and PCC) which would include the maintenance of the ledgers and production of interim and final accounts.
There is also the need to ensure compliance with local regulation which we are able to provide along with the provision of directors to sit on the respective boards. We also maintain share registers and ensure client due diligence is obtained and maintained in accordance with the principal documents and local regulation.
Corporate secretarial services for minute taking and filing the relevant resolutions etc, is another part of the service and therefore are able to offer a complete solution. The main difference between the two types of structure is that with an ICC each cell is a standalone legal entity, whereas this is not the case with the cells of a PCC.
