The firm is not authorised under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 but we are able in certain circumstances to offer a limited range of investment services to clients because we are members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. General terms and conditions: A letter of engagement detailing our terms and conditions will be provided at the commencement of any engagement to which they apply.

Applicable law: Unless otherwise agreed, English law, with the English Courts having exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or difference concerning the service and any matter arising from it.

Insurance: Our professional indemnity insurance is arranged via Windsor Partners Ltd and is placed with various Lloyd’s Syndicates and Insurance Companies. The territorial coverage is worldwide.

Complaints: Complaints should be made by contacting the Managing Partner, Mr Jonathan Fox on 0207 841 4000 or Jonathan.Fox@saffery.com. In the event of your not being satisfied by our response, you may also bring the matter to the attention of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Details of any other dispute resolution procedure applicable to an engagement will be contained in the relevant letter of engagement.
