Property Tax Review seminar

We’re holding an in-person event at Bristol Old Vic on Thursday 30 November at which our tax specialists will be discussing the taxation of UK property, with a particular focus on the impact on cash flow for property owners and developers.
This can be a complex area, but we’ll be identifying the most important points that property owners need to get right in order to stay compliant and maximise their returns. In particular, we’ll touch on VAT, capital allowances and ‘anti-avoidance provisions’.
As the event will take place after the Autumn Statement, scheduled for 22 November, we’ll be considering any changes announced by the Chancellor and will be answering any questions you might have.
