Dawn is our bookkeeper in the Dublin Office and joined the team in June 2023.
Dawn has a BA in Accounting and HR from The National College of Ireland. She has worked in both practice and industry since obtaining her BA, giving her vast experience from both sides of business.
Her past experience includes being responsible for getting new businesses set up with their accounting packages, running the accounts department of limited companies, setting up and processing large volumes of payroll, heading the accounts payable department of large corporations, involved in running a forensic audit and much more.
Key Experience
- Recoding daily financial transaction and reconciling accounts, such as bank, creditors, debtors, etc,
- Processing payments and handling daily banking activities,
- Using bookkeeping software, spreadsheets, and databases,
- Preparing financial reports, statements using bookkeeping software,
- Preparing and submitting Payroll returns, and
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns, along with VIES, VAT RTD and OSS returns.
Interests
Dawn is married with three sons. She is heavily involved in the local GAA and soccer clubs, including being the Children’s Officer for both. Dawn also enjoys gardening and house projects in her spare time.
