Conor advises clients across the Sports and Entertainment industry, with a particular focus on professional footballers, motorsport drivers, tennis players and individuals working in the wider entertainment sector.
He acts for both UK‑resident and internationally mobile clients, supporting them with their UK and overseas tax compliance and providing practical guidance on residency, structuring and image rights matters.
Conor joined Saffery as a graduate in 2018 and has been part of the London Sports & Entertainment Group since 2020. He is both a Chartered Tax Adviser and a Chartered Accountant (ACA‑CTA).
He works closely with clients’ personal service companies and wider business interests, assisting with their ongoing tax obligations and liaising with agents and professional advisors to ensure a coordinated approach. His experience also includes managing HMRC enquiries and helping clients navigate multi‑jurisdictional tax issues.

- Providing guidance on image rights structures and commercial arrangements, including the tax treatment of promotional and sponsorship income,
- Negotiating robustly with HMRC to resolve enquiries for both resident and non‑resident individuals, mitigating risk and securing efficient, favourable outcomes,
- Advising on the establishment, operation and tax‑efficient extraction of funds from personal service companies and related entities,
- Working closely with agents, lawyers and other professional advisors to deliver coordinated and commercially focused advice across personal, corporate and international matters, including clients with varied media and entrepreneurial interests.

Conor enjoys watching and playing a range of sports, including football, padel and cricket, often spending time outdoors with family and friends. He also enjoys walking the family dog and relaxing with a good history book.
