With a strong focus on relationship-led business development, Tom helps connect clients, intermediaries and professional advisers to create mutually beneficial opportunities. He has significant experience supporting growth initiatives across sectors including energy, real estate, employment and pensions. His expertise spans strategic planning, client development, cross-selling, pitch strategy and opportunity generation.
Before joining Saffery, Tom held a variety of commercial, account management and leadership roles across retail, wholesale and supplier relationship environments. This experience provided a solid foundation in commercial analysis, revenue growth, client management and people leadership, all of which continue to shape his approach to business development today.

Tom is a keen follower of rugby union and football and enjoys combining his interests in food and travel while spending time with friends and family.
