Informal and inclusive culture
Our informal and inclusive culture is an ideal business environment for ambitious talent to develop exciting, challenging and rewarding careers.
People are at the heart of what we do. It is our people who built us into the firm we are today, and it is our people who will prepare us for the opportunities that lie ahead.
Rewarding our employees
Our reputation for treating employees well is about more than rewarding them financially – it is about encouraging their professional development and making each day an exciting and challenging experience.
Working in small teams with a high level of collaboration with partners, you will learn directly from some of the most experienced minds in the organisation, and quickly get to know the partners well.
To thrive, you will need to be ambitious and eager to make your mark quickly – and if you show you are up to it, we will give you every opportunity to do so. You will benefit from early exposure to clients and enough responsibility to stretch your abilities, without throwing you in at the deep end.
The Social Side
It’s not all work and no play. Our active social calendar helps everyone get to know each other as friends, as well as colleagues.
Some of our activities include annual fun days (such as chocolate-making, fashion shows, quad biking or sporting events), Summer and Christmas parties, team drinks, nights at the races, mixed social sports teams such as running, netball, rounders and tag rugby, as well as also getting involved in more formal football and rugby tournaments. There is something for everyone to get involved in, and we always welcome new ideas and activities!
