Saffery advises Frog Capital on its equity investment in Clue

Saffery provided financial due diligence services to Frog Capital Limited on its equity investment in Clue Computing Company Limited (Clue).

The company is a SaaS business selling subscriptions to its own proprietary ‘Clue’ software, as well as supporting services relating to the implementation and use of this software. Clue software is a tool to manage investigations, combining case management, searching, reporting, and analytical tools for investigators.

The recent investment will provide capital to support the ambitious growth strategy of Clue across the next five years.
