Jamie Lane joins Saffery Champness as partner

Saffery Champness has announced that Jamie Lane will join the firm as a partner, based in its Bournemouth office, with effect from Monday 3 June.

Jamie joins the firm from Smith & Williamson, where he spent 15 years, latterly as a partner. He has extensive experience of supporting entrepreneurial clients with their business growth strategies, providing audit, transaction support and all-round business advice. His clients include owner-managed businesses, private equity backed businesses, international groups, professional practices and AIM listed companies operating in a wide range of sectors, including professional practices, recruitment, technology and property.

He has experience of dealing with a wide range of UK GAAP and IFRS issues, SRA Accounts Rules as well as supporting clients through the acquisition and disposal process and other transactional support services.
