Saffery Champness has again been named as one of the UK’s Top Employers by The Top Employers Institute. This recognition marks the 19th consecutive year that the firm has been certified.
Being certified as a Top Employer showcases an organisation’s dedication to a better world of work and exhibits this through excellent HR policies and people practices.
The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the results of their HR Best Practices Survey. The survey covers six HR domains, consisting of 20 topics that include people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, well-being and diversity and inclusion.
