Saffery High Wycombe team marks Nexia Week 2023

Saffery, a founding member of Nexia, one of the largest global networks of independent accounting and consulting firms, is proud to be celebrating Nexia Week 2023.

Each of its regional and international offices is supporting this year’s ‘Water’ theme by holding a range of CSR activities throughout the week, including raising funds for charity.

The High Wycombe team held a ‘Funky Duck’ fair, which meant there was an impressive array of rubber ducks around the office. The team also participated in a variety of games including a ‘Duck Shy’, shooting ‘duck’ range, ‘Whack-a-quack’ and ‘Pin the Bill on the Duck’, which helped to raise an impressive £270 for the British Waterfowl Association, which is dedicated to the conservation of ducks, geese, and swans.

Luke Hanratty, Audit Director, said: “We are pleased that we could raise funds for this important cause while also marking our membership of Nexia which is hugely important to Saffery and helps to highlight our commitment to its core values of ‘enduring relationships,’ ‘business minded’ and ‘being there for clients. We had a lot of fun.”
