The 2021 Top Employers have been announced and Saffery has been recognised as a Top Employer in the UK for the 18th consecutive year.
Every year the firm goes through a rigorous assessment and this year, despite the challenges of working remotely, Saffery demonstrated progress in developing its people practices, HR policies and processes.
The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers areas such as people strategy, leadership, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, wellbeing, reward and recognition, values and sustainability.
