Trekking for a charity

Team Saffery completed The Great Glencoe Challenge on Saturday 1 July.

Twenty five team members from Saffery offices in Inverness and Edinburgh took part in the challenge, which is a 26.2 mile trekathon from Glencoe to Fort William through the West Highland Way.

The true Scottish summer didn’t disappoint and the team experienced all seasons in one day with wind, sun, drizzly rain, lashing rain and even some hailstones to top it off!

The team has raised a substantial amount (more than £5,000) for our chosen charity Venture Scotland, which runs an outdoor-based development programme for young people ready for a personal journey of adventure, learning and change. Thank you to everyone who has supported the team!
