Saffery (Suisse) SA provides trustee services through a wholly owned Swiss subsidiary, which is regulated as a financial institution under the FINMA by SO-FIT. A trustee licence application in accordance with the Financial Institutions Act (FinIA; SR 954.1) has been submitted for FINMA’s review and approval.

General terms and conditions: A “Fiduciary Services Agreement” including our terms and conditions (“FSA ”) , will be provided to you at the commencement of our engagement with you.
Insurance: In accordance with the disclosure requirements of the Provision of Services Regulations 2009 (as amended in 2014), our professional indemnity insurance is placed with various Lloyd’s Syndicates and Insurance Companies. The lead insurer is Aviva Insurance Limited of PO Box 4, Surrey Street, Norwich, NR1 3NG. The territorial coverage is worldwide and covers operations in all of our locations.
