Chris Forgan joined Saffery in March 2022 and has 11 years of experience working with clients of all sizes in a variety of sectors.
Chris specialises in all aspects of corporate taxation for SME and large corporate businesses. He previously trained as a HMRC tax inspector, and also works closely with various clients on their HMRC tax enquiries.
A key part of Chris’s role is to advise on complex transactions and structuring, with the ultimate objective of maximising business efficiency and shareholder value. He oversees a large portfolio of corporate tax compliance for clients, including advising on compliance related advisory matters, such as loan relationships, overseas tax matters including tax residency and corporate interest restriction.
