Chris is a Senior Tax Manager with a breadth of tax knowledge which enables him to advise both companies and individuals on their tax position.
Chris works with clients from the start up stage through to an exit. He joined Saffery in 2009 and is based in our Manchester office.
Key experience
- Providing annual tax compliance services work for individuals and companies,
- Design and implementation of employee share ownership including EMI share options and growth shares,
- Providing tax advice in anticipation of company sales,
- Advising on group reorganisations.
Interests
Chris lives with his wife and two teenage children. He enjoys social activities with friends and family with a keen interest in walking in the Peak District and generally staying active. A personal goal is to be physically fitter than his children but realises that he will soon be overtaken by them.
