David Sedgwick

David is Head of the Bristol Office and is a private client partner advising families and their business interests.

He advises private clients and owner managed businesses, including families with landed and diversified estates, agri food & drink businesses and corporate enterprises across several sectors.

David received ‘Gold’ in the Future Leaders Awards, Partner category in 2019.  He is dual qualified (FCCA & CTA) and provides pragmatic support and advice to meet his clients’ requirements alongside being a ‘responsible individual’ supervising the provision of annual audit services for his corporate clients.

David is also a member of the firm’s Land and Rural Practice Group, Estates Discussion Group and presents annually, both internally and externally, speaking at a number of events presenting tax updates. He previously lectured across two universities, supporting masters and undergraduate programmes.

Interests

David is married and has a young child. He is a keen sports fan and enjoys keeping fit and playing most sports when time allows. When he is not entertaining his young son, he enjoys training his black labrador and working on home improvements.
