Diane is a Partner in our Manchester office servicing a breadth of private entrepreneurial clients covering a wide range of industries including technology, manufacturing and retail.
She has a wealth of experience in providing clients with financial reporting solutions when faced with compliance, litigious and commercial challenges.
Key experience
- Diane has spent time at a Big Four firm, including a number of years working in London, where she focused on advising private clients with both a national and international presence,
- She also specialised in working with Private Equity backed clients ensuring she worked closely with her transaction service and taxation colleagues providing an integrated approach to her clients.
Interests
Diane enjoys travelling, including spending time in the region of France where her husband is from. She also has an interest in skiing and cycling.
