She specialises in helping organisations grow through strategic partnerships, commercial development, customer-focused transformation and strong relationship management.
Emma has a proven track record of designing and delivering sales, partnership and go-to-market strategies that drive client acquisition, revenue growth and operational efficiency. She has led high-performing teams, built trusted relationships with businesses, professional services firms, intermediaries and corporate clients, and supported organisations through periods of significant transformation and change.
Before joining Saffery, Emma held senior leadership roles at Moneycorp, Allica Bank, AIB, Lloyds Bank and Barclays, working across business development, client relationship management, commercial banking, risk, transformation and partnerships.
Emma is known for her collaborative, relationship-led approach, combining strategic thinking with practical execution to help clients and partners achieve sustainable growth and lasting commercial success.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. She has a passion for horses and country life, keeping ponies, cats, dogs, chickens and ducks. She is also a Board Trustee of The Fortune Centre of Riding Therapy, a specialist college supporting young people with learning disabilities, reflecting her commitment to education, inclusion and creating opportunities for others.
