Gemma Lashbrook

Gemma is an Accounts Director, based in the Bournemouth office.

Gemma is a business advisor to Landed Estate clients, tax and business advisory work including compliance across a number of disciplines. She is working for a number of large landed estates and agribusinesses.

She is a member of Saffery Internal Trust Forum, as well as Land and Rural Businesses National Practice Group (NGP).


Key experience

  • Acting as interim Financial Director for a landed estate which required assistance with budgeting, cashflow forecasting and strategic advice,
  • Advising a family on a commercial project including exploring the most efficient structures and long-term planning for the family’s goals,
  • Assisting a large landowner in refinancing their estate, initially reporting on cashflow management then leading to liaising with the bank applications and acting as key contact between the bank and the client.

Interests

Gemma lives in rural Wiltshire with her husband and son. She enjoys hiking and home improvements.
