Grace is an experienced audit professional, who provides compliance and advisory services to a varied portfolio of commercial and not for profit entities across a wide range of sectors.
As a senior member of the team, she oversees a portfolio of audit, assurance and accountancy clients in various sectors including construction, manufacturing and property, ranging from owner managed businesses to larger international groups.
A key aspect of her role is managing the process from the planning of the assignment through to the signing of the financial statements, ensuring management of the audit team, client delivery and clear communication throughout.
Grace provides a bespoke and high-quality “value added” service by understanding individual client needs and sector specific aspects of the business. This can range from ensuring timely communication throughout the process to introducing clients to specialists to advise on key regulatory or tax changes that may directly impact a client’s business.
Key experience
- Delivering statutory audit services to owner managed businesses, UK based subsidiaries of international groups and not for profit entities.
- Overseeing the preparation of statutory accounts under UK GAAP and the SORP.
- Providing a value-added audit service with reports to management relating to risk management, key controls and system recommendations.
- Arranging agreed upon procedures to report on a company’s financial systems and controls.
