Jonathan is the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the firm’s Leadership Board.
After qualifying as a chartered accountant with KPMG, Jonathan has held Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer roles in financial and professional services firms for over 30 years, living and working internationally, including in Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and the United States.
Jonathan joined Saffery in 2025, having previously held roles such as Global Finance Director for the Boston Consulting Group and Chief Operating Officer for Fidelity Investments.
He works together with the leadership and management teams to set the firm’s financial strategy and performance, assess and mitigate finance risks, and maintain fiscal stability.
Jonathan has broad experience in acquisitions, disposals and integrations, as well as with major corporate and functional reorganisations, and in finance and operational delivery, all designed to improve efficiency and drive profitable growth. In addition to Finance, Jonathan oversees the firm’s IT, Marketing, Facilities, Procurement, Data and Projects functions.
