Profile

Ethos

One could say that being a trustee is in my DNA as I have always been a people person and have an aptitude for reading my clients and developing an in-depth understanding of their family dynamics and objectives. Demonstrating that I am trustworthy and genuinely care has allowed me to build and maintain a long-standing and loyal client-base.

To me, the importance of open and honest relationships cannot be underestimated. I strive to build rapport and make people feel comfortable, whether they be clients, colleagues or other professionals. Alongside delivering the highest levels of client service, I also value my role as a mentor to junior team members, helping them to grow and exceed their own expectations.

Role

With over 30 years of trust, estates and succession planning experience, I specialise in looking after significant ultra-high-net-worth clients and their families. I have extensive experience dealing with Middle Eastern, Asian and non-resident Indian clients and share a profound appreciation of their cultures and needs.

Having previously represented a bank-owned trust company in the Cayman Islands and Switzerland, I have built an impressive network within the industry, drawing on my experience of these jurisdictions at Saffery Trust.

My background in law and my experience working for one of the oldest private banks in the world, has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the distinct needs and service level expectations of the bankers, trusted advisors and professional legal offices of my clients. I have seen first-hand the impact and importance of consistency and stability in nurturing successful relationships which last across generations.
