Karen is a Senior Corporate Tax Manager, based in our High Wycombe office.
Karen works with a range of corporate clients from owner-managed businesses to UK members of large private equity backed multi-national groups.
Her clients operate in diverse sectors including food production, software development and leasing.
Karen has worked in corporate tax for over 20 years and joined Saffery in 2019.
Key experience
- Advising on corporate tax planning, often with international elements,
- Advising on the application and implementation of double taxation agreements,
- Liaising with HMRC on corporation tax enquiries,
- Providing advice on the transfer of trade and assets,
- Supporting clients with annual compliance obligations and group reporting,
- Preparing clients for additional tax reporting as new legislation is enacted.
Interests
Karen is married with three children. In her spare time, she enjoys live music, re-learning the piano and long walks (ideally along a coastal path in Cornwall).
