Lorenzo is a partner, based in London and working as part of the firm’s Business Advisory Group.
Lorenzo’s client base consists primarily of entrepreneurs and their business interests, many of whom operate within the creative industries. A number of clients have international exposure and Lorenzo has considerable experience in co-ordinating the delivery of services across the globe.
In addition to being a Chartered Accountant, Lorenzo is also a Chartered Tax Adviser, which enables him to provide bespoke taxation and planning advice, especially when dealing with the intricate relationship between owners and their diverse business interests.
Lorenzo is also responsible for leading the firm’s share valuation services and his work has predominantly been focused around company valuations, whereby agreement has been sought with HM Revenue & Customs, minority shareholding valuations in connection with departing shareholders (both contentious and non-contentious), and for the purposes of corporate re-organisations.
His work with entrepreneurs has also led to him gaining extensive experience in corporate finance transaction support assignments including acquisitions, management buy-outs, disposals and due diligence reports.
Lorenzo joined Saffery in 1988 as a graduate trainee and became a partner 10 years later.

Interests
Lorenzo lives in Cambridgeshire and is married with two young children. Other than spending time with his family, he enjoys socialising and entertaining, cycling, sailing and sports generally. Lorenzo is also a member of the Country Land and Business Association.
