Lucy is a Chartered Tax Adviser and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She advises on all aspects of private client tax, with a focus on high net worth individuals and non-domiciled clients on the remittance basis of taxation.
Key experience
- Advising non-domiciled individuals on offshore structures, pre-arrival planning, account structuring and the remittance basis,
- Advising on international matters such as the Statutory Residence Test and double taxation agreements,
- UK tax compliance including complex tax returns for UK and non-UK clients, and HM Revenue & Customs enquiries,
- Tax planning and advice for high net worth individuals and trusts, including UK residential property matters, income tax, charitable giving, capital gains tax and inheritance tax.
