Richard is a Partner and Head of the Corporate Group in London, encompassing the firm’s Mid-Market & Not-for-Profit, Large Business, and Film, TV & Video Games teams. He also serves on the firm’s Management Board.
With over 20 years at the firm, Richard has deep experience advising mid-market businesses, international groups, and family-owned enterprises. He is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Adviser, and Auditor, combining these disciplines to deliver solutions across audit, tax, and advisory.
He also leads the firm’s sustainability offering, helping businesses navigate carbon transition, reporting requirements, and long-term ESG strategies. His blend of technical expertise and commercial insight helps clients embed sustainability at the heart of their strategy, creating long-term value for their businesses and for the planet.
Richard plays an active role in Nexia, the global accounting network, where he has served on regional and global boards and supported clients with complex cross-border challenges.
Known as a trusted adviser to boards and leadership teams, Richard provides clear, pragmatic advice on strategic, financial, and operational issues, and always aims to deliver this with a personal, relationship-driven approach.
