Shona Duncan

Shona advises a wide range of corporate clients on their UK tax obligations, providing both compliance and advisory support.

Her experience spans landed estates, charities, non-resident landlords and overseas groups, helping organisations navigate complex tax matters while ensuring their affairs remain efficient and compliant.

Alongside her client work, Shona is actively involved in sharing technical knowledge and insights across the business community. In February 2026, she chaired Saffery’s Finance Briefing in Inverness, bringing together businesses and advisers to discuss key developments affecting the corporate tax landscape.

Shona qualified as a group fitness instructor more than 10 years ago and still enjoys teaching occasional classes in her local community. During lockdown, she rediscovered her passion for art and now spends much of her spare time painting.
