Suzanna is a director in the Manchester tax team.
She has broad experience across tax disciplines which she applies to identify business issues and opportunities, proactively engaging to address them. She advises owner managed businesses and large corporates across all stages of their business lifecycle.

- Providing corporate tax compliance and tax accounting services
- Advising of the availability of incentives including capital allowances, R&D and Patent Box
- Advising on both buy side and sell side transactions and the associated tax implication.
- Advising on group reorganisations
- Providing support with overseas expansion
- Assessing the deductibility of interest on borrowings for tax purposes.
Interests
Suzanna spends much of her spare time outdoors, be it walking, cycling, paddle boarding or something else. She also enjoys cooking for family and friends.
Suzanna is a trustee of a multi academy school trust close to where she lives and is passionate about children accessing a great education.
