Tom is a Client Development Manager with extensive experience driving growth across professional services environments.
He works closely with partners and senior stakeholders to identify commercial opportunities, strengthen referrer and intermediary relationships, and develop sector-led strategies that contribute to pipeline growth and revenue generation.
With a particular focus on relationship-led business development, Tom helps connect clients, intermediaries and professional advisers to create mutually beneficial opportunities. He has significant experience supporting growth across sectors including energy and real estate, as well as employment and pensions. His expertise spans strategic planning, client development, cross-selling initiatives, pitch strategy and opportunity generation.
Before joining Saffery, Tom held a range of commercial, account management and leadership roles across retail, wholesale and supplier relationship environments. This background provided a strong foundation in commercial analysis, revenue growth, client management and people leadership, which continues to inform his approach to business development today.

Outside work, Tom has a passion for food and drink and enjoys cooking, experimenting with new recipes and exploring mixology. He is an enthusiastic traveller with a keen interest in experiencing different cultures, having lived abroad during his childhood and travelled extensively across Europe and Australia.
He also enjoys watching rugby union and football and values opportunities to bring together his interests in food, travel and spending time with friends and family.
