Saffery undertakes due diligence on acquisition of UK logistics business

Gosselin, a Belgium-headquartered global logistics and moving company, has acquired Doree Bonner International Group.

This acquisition is part of Gosselin’s strategic plan to enhance its presence in the UK market and bolster its pan-European operations. Doree Bonner, with 11 branches across the UK, is recognised as one of the leading providers of moving services, including local, long-distance, international, office, commercial, and storage solutions.
