Due diligence services provided to Fidelius on its latest investment

Fidelius, the Bath-headquartered IFA firm, has acquired a non-controlling stake in Vobis Limited. Vobis is a financial planning business based across Leeds and London, specialising in high-net-worth clients.

This deal marks the first stake Fidelius has taken in a business since it received investment from the Swedish wealth manager, Söderberg & Partners in 2024. This investment forms part of Fidelius’ ‘Home for Growth’ model, which has seen it achieve significant growth, both organically and through acquisition.

Vobis has over £140 million in assets under management, as well as a top 60 accountancy practice joint venture in Central London. This partnership will allow Fidelius to make a significant step into the London market.
