Corporate Finance – transactions supported in 2023
In 2023, we supported clients across a broad range of sectors on transactions with a combined deal value of over £500 million.
We supported clients on both buy-side and sell side transactions, including reporting to funding providers. We also helped clients raise funds on the UK’s capital markets by providing reporting accountant services.
Over the year, we saw considerable activity in key sectors such as IT services, financial services, and real estate. Additionally, there was noteworthy activity from businesses championing sustainable practices, encompassing areas such as sustainable energy and agriculture.
After celebrating 15 years of Saffery in Manchester last year, we welcomed our new North West corporate finance and transaction services team in October.
