Highlights from the year include the development of our sustainability and natural capital offering, which achieved 25% growth in both team size and revenue, the introduction of the Saffery Academy, and the continued success of our social impact strategy, Helping Build Sustainable Futures. Colleagues contributed 688 volunteering hours during the year, including 283 reading sessions with our volunteering partner, Chapter One.
The report also reflects progress towards our environmental ambitions. During the year, we completed emissions modelling across Scopes 1, 2 and 3 with Ecologi, and shortly after the reporting period our net zero pledge was approved by the Leadership Board.
