In 2025, we assisted clients across various sectors with transactions totalling £700 million.
We worked with trade buyers and private equity, providing buy-side and sell-side transaction support on both domestic and cross-border deals.
Throughout the year, we supported clients on 46 transactions, a 21% increase on 2024 deal volume. This activity was across key sectors such as healthcare, manufacturing and engineering, real estate, retail, professional services and technology.
In recognition of some of the transactions we worked on, our North West Transaction Services Team were shortlisted at the 2025 Business Desk’s Rainmaker Awards and for both Team of the Year and Deal of the Year (sub £10m) at the 2025 Insider North West Dealmakers Awards.
