Saffery Trust has been named Independent Private Client Trust Company in the 2025 eprivateclient Excellence Awards, marking a second consecutive year of success for the Trust group.
Now in its fifth year, the awards are among the most respected in the global private client industry, recognising leading firms and individuals from the UK, Crown Dependencies, and key international jurisdictions. Saffery Trust has participated in the awards four of the five years since they have been running. The firm received a Highly Commended recognition in its first year of entry, followed by three successive wins, including back-to-back success in the most recent years
An independent judging panel of experts evaluate firms across a broad range of submission criteria including the quality of each firm’s service delivery, technical expertise, commitment to client service, innovation in services and strategy, talent management, contributions to the sector, and responsible business practices and initiatives.
The judging panel commented:
“The winning submission [Saffery Trust] had provided a very clear description of the firm’s services, providing comprehensive details on its strategy for client engagement, client led service and tailored onboarding for clients.”
“The judges were particularly impressed by the firm’s discussion of what happens when a client wants to leave, as this firm was the only entry to include this important aspect of client lifecycle management. This added significant value, showing a comprehensive approach to client care and retention.
“Overall, this was an extremely strong submission, with standout elements in client care, originality, and content depth.”
Saffery Trust Cayman and Guernsey Director, Lisa Vizia, said:
“We are incredibly proud to be recognised once again as a leading firm, continuing our strong track record of award success. It’s especially rewarding to see the contributions of our team members across the entire Saffery Trust Group acknowledged in this way. Our commitment to client service excellence remains at the heart of everything we do, and this recognition reinforces our position as a leader among independent trustees.”
