Hemal is Corporate Finance Director based in the Bournemouth office.
Hemal is an experienced corporate finance advisor, providing transaction support to private equity, owner managed businesses as well as listed and private companies. He typically advises on transactions that range between £2 million and £50 million in deal value.
Hemal provides a range of corporate finance services, including financial due diligence, vendor assist, vendor due diligence and pre-lend due diligence.
He has experience across a wide range of sectors including technology, energy procurement and loss adjusting as well as working on a number of cross border deals.
Hemal worked in audit and corporate finance teams for Big Four firms, where he qualified as a chartered accountant, before joining Saffery in 2024.

- Providing financial due diligence on a number of acquisitions for an August Equity backed energy procurement business,
- Financial due diligence for a number of acquisitions by a NASDAQ listed technology business,
- Providing pre-lend due diligence for a corporate lender on a leveraged management buyout,
- Undertaking reporting accountant work on a number of AIM admissions,
- Supporting the founders and shareholders in securing private equity investment for a cyber security business,
- Financial due diligence for a private equity acquisition and vendor due diligence on the subsequent divestment in the food and beverage sector,
- Vendor due diligence for a payment services business,
- Providing cross-border financial due diligence on a number of acquisitions by a listed corporate within the loss adjusting sector,
- Providing a number of clients with vendor assist services prior to the successful sale of their businesses.

Hemal lives in the New Forest with his wife and two daughters. When not spending time with his family, Hemal can be found trying to improve his golf game or watching most sports, particularly cricket.
