Kelvin provides advice to wealthy families on the establishment and administration of offshore structures to safeguard and enhance their wealth in a tax efficient manner.
Kelvin has developed a niche area of dealing with extremely high net worth individuals, particularly in the Russian/CIS regions. In connection with this area he has dealt extensively with UK Counsel to develop international structures designed primarily to protect assets from third party attacks.

Before moving to Guernsey, Kelvin was Finance Director for a firm of management consultants that specialised in the prevention, detection and investigation of fraud.
Kelvin moved to Guernsey in 1995 to become Managing Director of a local trust company. He joined Saffery Champness in 1999 and was appointed Managing Director in 2001 and Executive Chairman in 2014.
Kelvin continues to be recognised on the 2015 Honours list on the CityWealth Leading Trustees in the Guernsey Trustee category.
With four children, Kelvin’s focus is on family life, when the opportunity permits! He is also a keen water (and snow) skier and enjoys cycling and swimming.
