How we helped

Saffery provided financial and tax due diligence, as well as transaction advisory services, to support Stanhope and Cheyne throughout the acquisition process.

The engagement was led by Seb Cartwright (Partner in our transaction services team) and Robert Langston (Partner in our tax team), supported by Will Hodges, Kate Huggett, Daniel Pope, Kiran Rai, Mark Perry, Callum Richards, Adam Kay, Susan Dennis, Austin Beckett and Winnie Cheng.

Saffery provided us with clear, pragmatic advice throughout the due diligence process.
