Saffery supports ENTRO Service Group on its UK market entry

Saffery is pleased to have supported ENTRO Service Group (ENTRO) on its acquisitions of Bi-Fold Rolfe and Aberdeen Alarm Company (AAC), marking ENTRO’s strategic expansion into the UK.

ENTRO is a leading European provider of fire and security and entrance solutions, backed by Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP). With more than 350 employees across Europe, ENTRO is building a group of high-quality, service-driven businesses focused on long-term customer relationships and operational excellence.

The two acquisitions establish its new UK platform, bringing together two well‑established businesses with strong local reputations, specialist technical expertise and long‑standing customer relationships across commercial, industrial and public‑sector markets.

Bi-Fold Rolfe, headquartered in Southampton, is a recognised specialist in industrial and commercial doors and access systems, while AAC, based in Aberdeen, is a trusted provider of integrated fire and security solutions.

These transactions form the cornerstone of ENTRO’s strategy to build a nationwide UK business, supported by scalable shared services and significant planned investment into future growth.
