Saffery is pleased to announce that we have supported our long‑standing client, Comms365, on its sale to Wireless Logic.
Founded in 2008, Comms365 is a UK‑based specialist in advanced internet connectivity, managed networking and IoT solutions, known for its resilient network infrastructure and strong customer relationships. The acquisition will strengthen Comms365’s market position and broaden access to a wider range of connectivity solutions.
Our role
Saffery’s Transaction Services team provided comprehensive vendor assistance services, including SPA advisory, led by Seb Cartwright and Will Hodges.
Seb and Will also worked closely with Sheryl Davis, who leads Comms365’s wider relationship with Saffery, delivering ongoing accountancy and tax compliance services.
As part of this transaction, we collaborated with the legal team at Roxburgh Milkins, whose support contributed to a smooth and successful completion.
About the transaction
Wireless Logic’s acquisition of Comms365 will allow the business to continue operating as they have been with no immediate changes, while benefiting from the scale and operational depth of the Wireless Logic Group. The transaction is sure to enhance the delivery of technically advanced, resilient connectivity solutions to customers across the UK.
John Whitty, the CEO of Comms365, commented: “We have had a long and trusting relationship with Saffery over many years, and as such they knew our business extremely well. The insightful advice that they provided the shareholders, allowed us to ensure we maximised equity value as well as providing enlightening advice on warranties and other matters. The team were straight talking and commercial of mind.”
We have extensive experience of providing both sell-side and buy-side support to clients across a range of sectors. More information is available on previous transactions we have worked on.
