Saffery provided financial and tax due diligence services to Foresight Group, supporting its recent investment into Spartan Motor Holdings, and its subsidiary TEC Electric Motors Limited (TEC).

TEC is a leading UK supplier of electric motors, gearboxes and inverters, serving retailers and distributors nationwide. With a 90,000 sq. ft. site in Hartlebury and a second warehouse in Sheffield, the business has established a strong operational footprint and reputation for reliability and technical expertise.
