Job Type: Permanent Location: Bristol

We are seeking a Partner’s Secretary within our Bristol Office. Due to the increased demand on the Partners and Managers workloads, we would need someone who is highly organised, with previous PA, executive assistant or Partner’s Secretary experience and a can-do attitude towards work to join our team.

The role

The role will include diary / calendar management, client set ups (including AML documenting), keeping client lists up to date as well as other general Partner’s Secretary duties. You will be a member of the Bristol office admin team, which means helping with finalising and sense checking letters/documents, booking meetings, and setting up meeting rooms on a day-to-day basis. Event organization and management will also be a part of the role, alongside dealing with banking authorities and letters and electronic filing/archiving. E-filing experience is preferred but not essential when applying. Experience prioritizing your own workload is a must for this role. Although Saffery Champness offer an agile ‘work from home’ policy, we will ask that at the start of this role, you will be based in the office, due to training, getting to know the team and introductions to Management.

The team

You will report into the head of admin and receive full training and support. Our Bristol Office has 7 Partners. You may also be asked to perform duties for various Director’s and Senior Managers.

The office

The Bristol office is situated in Clifton.

As the successful candidate, you will have previous experience in a similar Partner’s Secretary position. You must have excellent communication skills and equally excellent time management abilities. Experience of diary management and organisation is pivotal for this position.

You will sometimes be asked to work after hours if we are hosting events within the office, but this will not be a regular/daily occurrence. An element of flexibility will be expected.
