Ursula Bryars

Ursula provides advice and support to a range of clients, comprising landed estates & agribusinesses, owner-managed businesses and high net worth individuals. Ursula is a member of the firm’s national Private Wealth and Land and Rural Businesses group.

Ursula advises directors, owners and trustees on audit, accounting and tax matters. Her clients range from sole traders and partnerships through to trusts, limited companies, large international groups, and AIM listed entities with annual turnovers of £200,000 to £50 million.

Ursula Joined Saffery Champness in 2016 following a number of years at a ‘big four’ firm and Experian plc, within the group financial accounting team, where she gained a broad range of commercial and technical experience around group accounts preparation and related issues.

Key experience

  • Providing a wide range of audit and accountancy services to clients who report under UK GAAP or IFRS.
  • Providing audit and tax compliance service to clients.
  • Undertaking accounting system and internal controls reviews for a range of organisations.
  • Supporting with due diligence and advisory services on the acquisition of a working country estate.


Ursula is married and lives in Gloucestershire. In her spare time, she enjoys getting out on her horse and following the national hunt racing.
